Willie worked as an administrator, teacher, and coach for twenty years. During that time, he was a NCAA

Division One and Division Two football coordinator and head high school football coach of seven schools

and athleic director of three. He won awards as teacher and coach of the year and authored fourteen

books.

In college Willie scored the game winning touchdown to win the NAIA National Championship in

football. As a coach he has won a state championship and several conference championships. His

passion is to add value to the lives of others ultimately sharing the message of Christ.
